This ancient Chianti mill dates back to the 13th century and
has been lovingly restored by the current owners in a painstaking effort to maintain its structures as unaltered as possible.
These flour mills used to be one of the foca] centres of
farm life in the Chianti, with the farmers bringing in their cereals to grind and exchanging stories and anecdotes while they
waited.
