The property covers a hectare and is entirely fenced in to provide maximum privacy.
Access is directly from the secondary asphalt road that runs at the perimeter of the land and entrance is through a wrought
iron gate.
The property offers separate parking areas for each apartment and a panoramic oval swimming pool that measures 6 X 12 meters (1.6 meters deep). A gardener who comes regularly to water the plants and care for the pool keeps the extensive grounds meticulously.
There are ample furnished
garden spaces for guests to use and there is a barbecue.
At the
rear of the mill, with access from the pool area, is a ping-pong
table for shared use.

with all facilities, shops and restaurants is at 6 kms (there is a 7
short cut to reach Radda that reduces the distance to 4 kms and
if guests ask the owners, they will show them where to go),
Panzano in Chianti is at 7 kms, Castellina in Chianti is at 18 kms and Siena and Firenze are equidistant at 35 kms.
