RITRECINE APARTMNENT
This apartment is accessed from its private, furnished terrace.
Private entrance is up one step directly into the living room in
which the owners have preserved the original stone mill grinding wheels, and through a fixed glass under the wheels, one can
see the mill mechanisms.
From the extemal terrace, and up a
flight of stone steps, is the rear of the structure with the terrace
where the ping-pong table is located. From the private terrace,
an external passageway leads to the door to the spacious
kitchen/dining room with open-health fireplace.
The fireplace
hosts a wood-burning oven for baking bread and pizza.
The
kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, fitted fridge with
freezer, microwave, American coffee machine with filters and
toaster.
Down two steps from the kitchen is the living room.
On the opposite side of the dining room is the door to a hallway. Two doors in this hallway open into a double bedroom
with beautiful wrought iron bed, and into a twin bedded room.
At the end of the hallway and down one step is a landing with
door on the right that opens into a double bedroom, and door
on the left that opens into the complete bathroom with bathtub
and shower attachment.
